These terms govern your use of Zaza Draft, Zaza Teach, and GradeFlow. By using the services, you agree to them.

1. Accounts & eligibility

You’re responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login, and following any school or district policies. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you’re authorised to do so.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans bill in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change; we’ll notify you before adjustments take effect.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the services for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• Do not upload content that infringes rights or breaches privacy laws.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass the services (e.g., scraping, reverse engineering, automated attacks).

4. Privacy & security

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We apply safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Intellectual property

The services, brands, and content remain Zaza’s property. Use them as intended and do not create derivative works without permission.

6. Liability & termination

Services are provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
